Returns/ Refunds

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

It is absolutely important to us that that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a full refund only if the return is initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt, this resolution applies if;

  • The item does not fit you,
  • Or, you are not satisfied with the quality.

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that: 

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The return request is initiated within 24 hours of product reception.
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

We do not accept returns on any SALE, discounted or customised items

SABI reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by SABI.

How to Return?

To start a return, you can contact us at label.sabi@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted (*Check Returns/ Refunds), we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All return shipping costs (both domestic and international returns) are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be a case of incorrect delivery by our team. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
